دور التعلم التنظيمي في إدارة الأزمات بالمستشفيات الفلسطينية

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور التعلم التنظيمي في إدارة الأزمات بالمستشفيات الفلسطينية، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، فضلاً عن تصميم أداة القياس (الاستبانة) وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية شملت جميع العاملين في المستشفيات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعلم التنظيمي له دور هام في فاعلية إدارة الأزمات بالمستشفيات الفلسطينية ، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على الاهتمام بالتعلم التنظيمي من أجل تحقيق فاعلية إدارة الأزمات بالمستشفيات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة محل الدراسة.
Abstract:
 
 
The study aimed to identify the role of organizational learning in crises Palestinian hospitals management, have been used analytical descriptive approach and design of the measuring instrument (questionnaire) which distributed on a stratified random sample included all workers in the Palestinian hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
The study has been used of statistical analysis software SPSS to test the imposition the study.
The study found that organizational learning has an important role in the effectiveness of the Palestinian crisis management in hospitals.
The study recommended the need to work to pay attention to organizational learning in order to achieve effective management of crises Palestinian hospitals in the Gaza Strip under study.
