اثر الإبداع والإبتکارللمنظمات الصناعية علي کفاءة النظم الآلية للإنتاج:دراسة ميدانية

الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التوجه الريادي على کفاءة النظم الآلية للإنتاج بالمنظمات الصناعية الليبية، وتتمثل مشکلة البحث في عدم ادراک العاملين بالمنظمات الصناعية الليبية بالمعنى الفعلي للتوجه الريادي وکذلک وجود قصور في کفاءة نظم الإنتاج بالمنظمات الصناعية الليبية، وکانت من بين المؤشرات الدالة على ذلک هو ارتفاع معدل الهدر والتلف في العملية الإنتاجية، وکذلک قصور المنظمات  في الوصول إلى المستهدف من الإنتاج. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إعداد قائمة استقصاء موجهة إلى مدراء الإدارة العليا، ومدراء الإنتاج، والعاملين بإدارة الإنتاج. واعتمد البحث على اسلوب الحصر الشامل للمدراء حيث بلغ عددهم (50) مفردة، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية طبقية من العاملين والذين بلغ عددهم (1500) مفردة. وتم الإستعانة ببرنامج (SPSS) لمعالجة وتحليل البيانات.

The research aims to identify the impact of leadership thrust on the efficiency of automated systems for the production of non industrial Jamahiriya, The research problem in the lack of understanding workers organizations industrial Libyan actual sense of the direction pioneering as well as the existence of shortcomings in the efficiency of production organizations industrial Libyan regimes, were among the function of this indicator is high wastage rate and damage in the production process, as well as shortcomings in organizations reach their target of production Search and adopted the descriptive analytical method, which has been prepared questionnaires addressed to senior management directors, production managers, production workers and management. Search and adopted the style of comprehensive inventory of directors, where numbered (50) Single, were taken from a stratified random sample of employees, who numbered (1500) Single.
