نموذج مقترح لدور إدارة الأزمات في تحسين الأداء دراسة ميدانية على شرکات السيراميک بمدينة العاشر من رمضان

الملخص:
تمثلت مشکلة الدراسة فى ضعف الوعى لدى کافة العاملين بشرکات السيراميک بالعاشر من رمضان بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الأزمات مما يؤثر سلباً على زيادة مستوى الأداء، وبالتالى هدفت الدراسة الى تبنى وتفعيل متغيرات التخطيط الاستراتيجى ومراحل واستراتيجيات إدارة الازمات بهدف تحسين الأداء، وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها وجود علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات التخطيط الاستراتيجى ومراحل واستراتيجيات ادارة الازمات لتحسين الاداء، وجاءت اهم التوصيات بزيادة الاهتمام بمتغيرات التخطيط الاستراتيجى ومراحل واستراتيجيات ادارة الازمات لتحسين الاداء.


Abstract:
Consisted study the problem of the lack of awareness among all employees companies ceramic Tenth of Ramadan strategic planning and crisis management, which negatively affects the increased level of performance, and thus study aimed to adopt and activate the strategic planning stages and strategies variables crisis management in order to improve performance, the study reached the conclusion that the existence of a relationship moral statistically significant differences between the strategic planning stages and strategies to manage crises variables to improve performance, and the most important recommendations came increased attention variables and strategic planning stages and crisis management strategies to improve performance.
