دور عرض النقود في دعم قدرة الاقتصاد العراقي والمصري التنافسية

الملخص:
تناول البحث دور عرض النقود في عملية دعم القدرة التنافسية لاقتصاد کل من بلدي العراق ومصر, بهدف بيان واقع اقتصاد البلدين بعد قرار (56 لسنة 2004) في العراق, وقرار (88 لسنة 2003) في مصر, وحصول البنک المرکزي العراقي والمصري على استقلالهما, من خلال تحليل عرض النقود, ودوره في تنمية ودفع عجلة اقتصاد البلدين نحو التقدم والازدهار, ويفترض البحث هل يوجد تأثير لعرض النقود في قدرة البلدين التنافسية, ولتحقيق هدف وفرضية البحث فقد قسم إلى ثلاثة أجزاء, تضمن الجزء الأول الجانب النظري وقد جاء بعنوان مفهوم السياسة النقدية واهدافها, أما الجزء الثاني فقد جاء بعنوان عرض النقود کجزء من السياسة النقدية ومساهمته في دعم قدرة الاقتصاد التنافسية في العراق ومصر, وکذلک الجزء الثالث فقد تطرق إلى تناول التحليل القياسي لعلاقة الارتباط وأثر عرض النقود ومتغيرات قدرة الاقتصاد التنافسية في العراق ومصر, وأخيراً أنتهى البحث إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات.


Abstract:
The research role of the money supply to support the competitiveness of the economy of each of my country, Iraq, Egypt, the process, the aim of the statement of the reality of the two economies after the decision (56 of 2004) in Iraq, and the decision (88 of 2003), in Egypt, and for the Iraqi Central Bank and the Egyptian their independence, from by analyzing the money supply, and its role in development and boost the economy of the two countries towards progress and prosperity, presumably Search Is there any effect of money supply in the competitiveness of the two countries, and to achieve the goal and hypothesis has been divided into three parts, which included the first part theoretical side has titled the concept of monetary policy and its goals , the second part was titled money supply as part of monetary policy and its contribution to support the competitiveness of the economy in Iraq and Egypt, as well as the third part has been touched to eat a standard analysis of the relationship of the link and the impact of money supply and the variables of the competitiveness of the economy in Iraq, Egypt, and finally the search is over, inter the findings and recommendations.
