دور الابداع التکنولوجي في تعزيز إدارة سلاسل التوريد (دراسة ميدانية)

 
الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى الأهمية التي يوليها مصنعي (الرشيد- والمأمون) لصناعة الزيوت النباتية والمنظفات في العراق لموضوع الإبداع التکنولوجي وعلاقة ذلک في  تعزيز إدارة سلسلة التوريد من حيث (إدارة تدفق التصنيع, إدارة العائدات, إدارة الطلب, إدارة خدمة العميل) دراسة ميدانية لآراء المدراء والعاملين داخل هذه المصانع لما له من أثر في إمکانية تحقيق المنافسة للحصول على مکانة متميزة في السوق, وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الاستطلاعي في تحليل مشکلة الدراسة, وطبقت الدراسة على  عينة مکونة من (341) مفردة من المدراء والعاملين في المصانع المشمولة بالدراسة, وقد استخدمت الدراسة وسيلة الاستبيان کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات ,فضلاً عن الزيارات التي تمت خلال فترة توزيع وجمع الاستبانة. وتم اختيار الفرضيات واستخراج النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي (SPSS).
 


 
Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the extent of the importance attached by manufacturers (Arashid- and safe) for the manufacture of vegetable oils and detergents in Iraq to the theme of technological innovation and its relationship with the strengthening of the supply chain in terms of (manufacturing flow management, revenue management administration, application, customer service Management Study) field of the views of managers and workers inside the factory because of its impact on the potential for competition for a privileged position in the market, the researcher has adopted the approach exploratory in analyzing the problem of the study, and the study was applied to a sample of (341) Single of managers and workers in the factories surveyed , the study has been used and the way the questionnaire as a key tool for the collection of data and information, as well as visits made through the distribution and collection of the questionnaire. It was chosen as the assumptions and extract the results using software (SPSS).
