يلعب نشاط البحوث و التطوير نور هام في تنمو المنشأة وتطورها، وکذلک يعتبر العامل الأساسي في تکوين الميزة التنافسية للمنشأة من خلال إيجاد منتجات جديدة أو تطوير المنتجات القائمة، هذا کله يبرز التکاليف الکبيرة التي تتفق على هذا النشاط وخاصة في قطاع صناعة الألوية و أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة هي: 
- أن إدارة تکاليف البحوث والتطوير تحقق التحسين المستمر والميزة التنافسية للمنشأت في صناعية الأدوية
- يتم مراعاة مقرة المنشأة وإمکانياتها عند تقدير موازنة البحوث والتطوير، ومن أهم التوصيات: 
- يجب تقدير موازنة البحوث والتطوير في المنشآت الصناعية في ضوء تحليل موقت المنافسين للمنشأة. 
- يجب تحليل مستويات استغلال الطاقة لقطاع البحوث و التطوير
 The activity of research and development plays very important role in the growth of the enterprise and its development. It is the main factor in the formation of the competitive advantage of the enterprise by finding new products or developing existing products. All this justifies the significant costs that spend on this activity particularly in the sector of medicines industry. most important results: 1-Managing the cost of research and development achieve continuous improvement and competitive advantage in medicines industry enterprises. 2- Taking into account the ability of the enterprise and its capabilities in estimating the budget of research and development. One of the main recommendations: 1- in estimating the budget of research and development in the industrial enterprises in the light of the analysis of attitude of the competitors of the enterprise. 2-The levels of exploitation of the energy to the sector of research and development must be analyzed.
