مقارنة بين دور المخاطر الاجتماعية ومخاطر الأداء على العملية الشرائية المتکاملة : دراسة تطبيقية على المستهلک المصرى مستخدم السيارة الصيني

الملخص:
تهدف الدراسة إلى مقارنة بين دور المخاطر الاجتماعية ومخاطر الاداء على العملية الشرائية المتکاملة ، وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى ، وتم استخدام قائمة الأستقصاء لإستطلاع آراء عينة الدراسة ، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من المتعاملين مع وکلاء توکيلات التجميع للسيارات الصينى بمحافظة الإسکندرية ، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب العينة العشوائية المنتظمة من المترددين على وکلاء السيارات الصينية والبالغ عددهم (372) مفرده، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد المخاطر الاجتماعية ومخاطر الاداء على العملية الشرائية المتکاملة ، اوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني فلسفة إدارية شاملة لتطبيق مفهوم المخاطر الاجتماعية وبشکل مستمر، ووضع الخطط والبرامج على مستوى المنظمات.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
:Abstract
The study aims to identify the effect of Social risks In Purchasing Decision-Making Stages, the study is based on the descriptive, the study is based on the descriptive analytical method, and using list of Questionnaire to explore the study sample opinions, and study sample consists of agents’ clients for Chinese car assembly companies in Alexandria, The researcher collected data usingthe systematic method of random sampling of the 372 Chinese car dealers. The results revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the Social risks and making purchase decision stages. The study recommendations including, the necessity to adopt a comprehensive management philosophy to apply continuously the Social risks and it takes place only through the development of plans and future programs at this organizations.
