تقييم مدى نجاح الخطة الرباعية ۲۰۱۱ / ۲۰۱۰ - ۲۰۱۶ / ۲۰۱۳ في تنويع القاعدة الانتاجية لدولة الکويت

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة لتقييم نجاح الخطة 2010/2011 – 2013/2014 في تنويع هيکل الإنتاج الاقتصادي بدولة الکويت. تم استعراض أهمية تنويع هيکل الإنتاج الاقتصادي لتجنب مخاطر تراجع أسعار النفط. تم تحليل رؤية الدولة 2035 للتأکيد على أنها تهدف في المقام الأول لتنويع هيکل الاقتصاد الحقيقي بالدولة. تم مقارنة المتحقق من تنويع هيکل الإنتاج بالمستهدف تبين عدم نجاح الخطة في تنويع هيکل الإنتاج. أوصى الباحث بضرورة مواجهة البيروقراطية وتشجيع القطاع الصناعي، وضرورة وضع استراتيجية متکاملة لبرامج الصناعة الوطنية.


 
 
Abstract
       The study aimed at evaluating the success of the plan 2010/2011-2013/2014 in diversifying the structure of economic production in Kuwait.
The importance of diversifying the structure of economic production to avoid the risks of falling oil prices was reviewed.
The State Vision 2035 was analyzed to emphasize that it is primarily intended to diversify the structure of the real economy in the country.
The comparison of the diversification of the production structure with the target showed that the plan did not succeed in diversifying the production structure.
The researcher recommended the need to confront bureaucracy and encourage the industrial sector, and the need to develop an integrated strategy for national industrial programs.
