السياسة الخارجية الترکية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية 2002-2010

تمثلت مشکلة الدراسة فى عدم إدراک القائمين على قطاع السياحة الأردنى أهمية إدارة المعرفة وآثارها على الأداء المالى وغير المالى بالشرکات محل الدراسة ، ومن هنا هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر إدارة المعرفة وانعکاساتها على الأداء المتوازن فى قطاع السياحة الأردنى . وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن هناک دور إيجابى لإدارة المعرفة فى الأداء المتوازن فى الشرکات المدروسة ، وأوصت الدراسة بأن يهتم القائمون على قطاع السياحة بإدارة المعرفة لأهميتها فى تحسين الأداء المتوازن فى الشرکات .
