مدى توافر مقومات تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما وفقا لأراء العاملين بالبنوک التجارية بفلسطين

يهدف البحث للتعرف على مدى توافرمقومات تطبيق منهجية سته سيجما وفقا لآراء العاملين بالبنوک التجارية بفلسطين ، ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلي ، بحيث استخدم الاستبانة والتى تکونت من (35) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات (دعم الادارة العليا ، التدريب المستمر، فرق العمل، نظام المعلومات ، الثقافة التنظيمية) ، حيث تم توجيهها الى العاملين فى البنوک التجارية بفلسطين ، ولقد تبين من نتائج البحث أنه لا يتوافر دعم الادارة العليا کأحد المقومات الرئيسية لتطبيق منهجية سته سيجما ، أما المقومات الأخرى ( التدريب المستمر ، فرق العمل ، نظام المعلومات ، الثقافة التنظيمية ) فهى متوافرة بالبنوک التجارية بفلسطين ، وکانت أهم التوصيات عقد دورات وندوات لأعضاء الادارة العليا للبنوک التجارية بفلسطين لبيان فوائد وعوائد تطبيق منهجية سته سيجما ، وبيان ذلک بالنماذج التطبيقية على البنوک التجارية .
The research aims to learn about the availability of the elements of the application of Six Sigma methodology in accordance with the views of workers business Palestine banks, and I've researcher used the descriptive analytical method, so use the questionnaire, which consisted of (35) items distributed on five areas (top management support, continuous training, work teams, information system, organizational culture), where they were directed to workers in the commercial banks in Palestine, and has been shown from the search results that are not available to support top management as a key ingredient to apply Six Sigma methodology, while the other ingredients (continuous training, work teams, information system, organizational culture) are available with commercial banks in Palestine. The most important recommendations hold courses and seminars for members of the top management of commercial banks in Palestine to show the benefits and profit of applying Six Sigma methodology, and show that through models applied in commercial banks.
