تأثير استخدام منهجية ستة سيجما فى تدعيم عمليات التطوير التنظيمى بالبنوک التجارية بفلسطين

يهدف البحث للتعرف على تأثير استخدام سته سيجما فى تدعيم عمليات التطوير التنظيمى بالبنوم التجارية بفلسطين ، ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى ، بحيث استخدم الاستبانه والتى تکونت من 57 فقرة ، حيث تم توجيهها الى العاملين فى البنوک التجارية بفلسطين ، وتکون مجتمع البحث من (4910) مفردة ، بحيث کانت حجم العينة (356) مفردة ولقد تم توزيعها ، واسترد منها (297) استبانة صالحة للتحليل اى بنسبة (83,4%) ، واستخدم الباحث برنامج للتحليل الاحصائى لمعالجة وتحليل البيانات (SPSS) ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفاداها انه يوجد تاثير لإستخدام سته سيجما فى تدعيم عمليات التطوير التنظيمى على مستوى الافراد والجماعات والتنظيم ، وکانت أهم التوصيات هى اهمية توفير الدعم الکافى من قبل الادارة العليا للبنوک التجارية بفلسطين لتطبيق منهجية سته سيجما.
The research aims to identify the impact of the use Six for Supporting Organizational Development Processes operations with commercial banks in Palestine, and I've researcher used descriptive analytical method, so use the questionnaire, which consisted of (57) items, where they were directed to workers in the commercial banks in Palestine, and be the research community from (4910) Single, so the sample size (356) Single and have been distributed, and recovered of which (297) are valid for the identification of any analysis by (83.4%), and the researcher used for statistical analysis program to process and analyze the data ,The study reached the conclusion that there is impact to the use of Six Sigma for Supporting the organizational development processes at the level of individuals, groups and organization, and was the most important recommendations is the importance of providing adequate support by the top management of commercial banks in Palestine for the application of Six Sigma methodology
