مساهمة منظمات المجتمع المدني في انتخاب المؤتمرالوطني العام - لعام 2012

تعتبرانتخابات المؤتمرالوطني العام لعام۲۰۱۲ هي لأولى من نوعها في تاريخ ليبيا السياسي، ومن هنا اکتسيت هذها  لانتخابات أهمية بالغة في مسيرة التحول الديمقراطي الذي تعيشه ليبيا بعد عام۲۰۱۱، وکان لازماا لإنجاح هذه العملية الانتخابية أنن تساهم العديد من الجهات في توفير مناخ ملائم لها، وتأتي على رأس هذه الجهات  منظمات المجتمع المدني، وعلى الرغم من قصرعمرمنظمات المجتمع المدني في ليبيا وضعفها النسبي لعدم وجود قانون ينظم عمل هذه المنظمات، إلا أنها شارکت مع العديد من المجتمعات المدنية غيرالليبية في المشارکة في انجاح هذها لانتخابات سواء من ناحية الرقابة او من خلال التوعية بأهمية المشارکة في هذه الانتخابات ،فکانت مساهمة منظمات المجتمع المدن يالدولية في الجانب الرقابي بينما کانت مساهمة منظمات المجتمع المدني في الجانب التوعوى ،وإن کانت الأخيرة تعد مساهمتها متواضعة على المستويين الرقابي والتوعوي، وذلکلقلة الخبرة لدى المنظمات المحلية .
