تحولات الفکر السياسي الفلسطيني بين مفهومي التحرير والتسوية

تعرض الفکر السياسي الفلسطيني الذي عبرت عنه ميثاق ووثائق منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية لتحولات کبيرة، أبرزها التحول من فکرة التحرير الکامل للأرض الفلسطينية من خلال وسيلة وحيدة الکفاح المسلح، إلى القبول بالحلول المرحلية وصولا للتسوية السياسية ووسيلتها المفاوضات کخيار وحيد. وکان ذلک نتاج مجموعة من المتغيرات الداخلية التي حددت مسار تطور هذا الفکر وبالتالي تحولاته، ليس تقليلا من أهمية المتغيرات والتحولات الکبيرة التي شهدها النظامين العربي والدولي وتأثيراتهما على الفکر السياسي الفلسطيني، لکن انطلاقا من أن استجابة الفکر السياسي الفلسطيني للمتغيرات الخارجية وبهذه السرعة، لم تحدث لولا الاستعداد والتهييئ الداخلي من حيت المبدا.
The Palestinian political thinking expressed by the PLO’s covenant and documents has been exposed to large transformations. The most prominent transformation was the change from the liberation of the whole land of Palestine by only the arm struggle to accept the interim solutions to reach to the political settlement through negotiation only. This change resulted because of a collection of internal variables which determined the course of this thinking and thus its transformations. In addition, it’s important to point to the large changes and transformations which have been witnessed by the Arab and international orders and their effects on the Palestinian political thinking. However, the quick response of the Palestinian political thinking to the external changes has not been taken place without internal pre-readiness and orientation of the PLO.
