البيئة الملائمة لتفعيل نشاط التوريق وعلاقاتها بفاعلية سوق الاوراق المالية

يهدف البحث الى دراسة مدى تأثير تهيئة البيئة الملائمة لتفعيل نشاط التوريق على زيادة فاعلية سوق الأوراق المالية المصرى ، هذا بالإضافة للتأکد من وجود معوقات تعرقل زيادة تفعيل نشاط التوريق . ومن ثم توضيح تلک المعوقات وما الحلول المقترحة للتغلب على هذه العقبات سواء کانت معوقات تنظيمية او بيئية او قانونية . ثم التطرق الى النتائج التى قد تعود على سوق المال من التغلب على هذه المعوقات والتوسع فى تفعيل نشاط التوريق واثر ذلک على زيادة فاعلية سوق الاوراق المالية المصرى . تحديد المعوقات التى تعرقل تفعيل دور نشاط التوريق فى البيئة المصرية .
The present research seeks mainly to determine the obstacles facing the development of applying securitization in the Egyptian market. And the effect of overcoming these obstacles on the securitization process which in return will affect the effectiveness of the Egyptian stock market. This will be achieved through developing theoretical framework of debt securitizing process, Presenting the obstacles facing the application of securitization process and Presenting the indicators of the market effectiveness andPresenting the effect of improving securitization process on increasing the effectiveness of the Egyptian stock market.
