Since more than twenty years, the United State has sponsored the Palestinian- Israeli political settlement process and its bilateral negotiation. However, this sponsoring lacked the minimum basics of international law, freedom concepts, justice and balance, which means it did not cater for the minimum of the Palestinians legitimate rights which has been approved by the United Nations. Under the circumstances of the imbalanced power in favor of Israel, unlimited American support to Israel and the unfavorable Arab reality, the negotiation course and its ends by the American reference, makes it open to various expected probabilities and scenarios. That is especially in the light of the challenges and changes which are imposed on that course.
