العلاقة بين الاستقرار السياسي والتنمية السياسية

الملخص:
هناک ارتباطاً وثيقاً ما بين المواطنة والتنمية والاستقرار السياسي، فغياب إحداها يعني غياب الأُخريين، ومن ثم انعدام لمبادئ العدالة، وبدون أن يکون لدينا مواطنة حقيقية يتمتع بها المواطن لا يمکننا الحديث عن تنمية للفرد والمجتمع، ومن ثم الوصول إلى تحقيق أي عدالة، فجوهر عملية المواطنة الوصول بالدولة إلى المساواة والإنصاف والشراکة الحقيقية، وضمان الحقوق والواجبات القائم على الديمقراطية، فتحقيق فکرة المواطنة في جوهرها هو الوصول إلى الاستقرار المطلوب الذي يأتي على أساس تحقيق العدالة الکاملة وفي جوهرها العدالة الاجتماعية , وتحقيق المواطنة هو الاساس الذي نحفظ من خلاله نظام العدالة الاجتماعية, ونضمن من خلاله نجاح التنمية, وتحقيق الاستقرار السياسي داخل الدولة.

There is a close connection between citizenship, development and political stability. The absence of one means the absence of the other two, and hence the lack of the principles of justice. Without a real citizenship enjoyed by the citizen, we cannot talk about the development of the individual and society and thus achieve any justice. To achieve equality, equity and genuine partnership, and to guarantee rights and duties based on democracy, the realization of the idea of ​​citizenship in essence is to achieve the required stability that comes on the basis of achieving full justice and in essence social justice, In which we maintain the social justice system, guarantee the success of development and achieve political stability within the state.
