التدخل الدولي الإنساني في ليبيا دوافعه ومبرراته وتجاوزاته وانعکاس ذلک على السيادة الليبية

الملخص:
تعتبر الثورة الليبية التي تحولت باتجاه المواجهة العسکرية بين النظام  الليبي والمحتجين، مع دخول أطراف دولية وإقليمية بذريعة صدور قرارات عن مجلس الأمن الدولي لحماية حقوق الإنسان من الانتهاکات الجسيمة على يد النظام الليبي، إحدى محطات أثارة الجدال حول مفهوم التدخل الدولي الانساني وسيادة الدول، وکذلک المفهوم المستحدث للتدخل وهو مفهوم (مسؤولية الحماية)، وما جرى علي الساحة الليبية، من حيت أسباب ودوافع التدخل والمتعلق بليبيا ونظامها، ليتضح جلياً مبرر التدخل الدولي، من خلال العديد من التجاوزات التي ترکت أثارها على السيادة الليبية.
