دور البيئة التعليمية الإلکترونية في تطوير التعليم الجامعي : دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على الجامعات العراقية

تهدف الدراسة الى بيان دور البيئة التعليمية الالکترونية في تطوير التعليم الجامعي: دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على الجامعات العراقية.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وقوائم الاستقصاء کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (6886)، وکانت العينة (364)  مفردة، وکانت عينة عشوائية طبقية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي البيئة التعليمة الإلکترونية في تطوير التعليم الجامعي، وکذلک ضعف في أنظمة وبرامج البيئة التعليمية  مع افتقار الجامعات موضوع البحث لبرامج التدريب والتطوير واتباع الأساليب التعليمية الحديثة في ذلک ووفقاً لما تفرضه العولمة وثورة المعلومات  التکنولوجية والتي هي من سمات المنظمات المعاصرة  مع قصور  في تشجيع وتحفيز المبدعين وکذلک إعداد البحوث والدراسات التي من شأنها تحسين وتطوير البيئة التعليمية الالکترونية.
وقد جاءت أهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام  بتحديث برامج تحسين وتطوير البيئة الحالية, وتشجيع البحوث والدراسات والأخذ بنتائجها.


Abstract:
The study aims to indicate the role of the electronic educational environment in the development of university education: a field study on the application of Iraqi universities.
To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and lists of the survey as a key tool to collect data from the study population's (6886), for a class (workers) and the sample (364) Single, the stratified random sample, the study found no significant effect of instruction environment e in the development of university education, as well as weakness in the systems and programs for the educational environment with the lack of university research topic for the training and development programs and follow modern teaching methods in that, according to imposed by globalization and the revolution in the technological information which is of contemporary organizations with attributes failure to encourage and motivate the creators as well as the preparation of research and studies that will improve and develop the electronic educational environment.
The most important recommendation was the need to update the interest to improve and develop the current environment, and to encourage research, studies and taking the results programs.
