الخطاب السياسي و اتجاهات تحليلية في أدبيات العلاقات الدولية

لقد حظي مصطلح "تحليل الخطاب Discourse Analysis" باهتمام العديد من الباحثين والدارسين من مجالات شتى، حيث تأثر کل دارس بمجال تخصصه، کما أصبح هذا المصطلح محورا لإلتقاء دراسات مختلفة بشکل يصعب معه الاکتفاء بإحداها دون الأخرى مثل اللسانيات الاجتماعية، واللسانيات النفسية، واللسانيات الفلسفية، واللسانيات الإحصائية وتحليل الخطاب السياسي الحديث يتعدى النظريات التقليدية التي تنهل من العلوم الأخرى، وخاصة علم النفس التقليدي في تحليل النصوص، لتنطلق من نظريات متولدة عن النظريات الحديثة اللغوية خصوصا، وباعتبار أن الخطاب السياسي هو في النهاية " لغة " ذات خصوصية لغوية
والخطاب السياسي يرتبط عادة بخطاب السلطة، وله صلة وثيقة بها، فهو أحد أکثر الأدوات أهمية ما بين تلک التي توظفها القوى السياسي في سعيها للحصول على السلطة، والحصول على السلطة قضية خطابية بالدرجة الأولى، وشرعية الوصول إليها وحيازتها بالنسبة لجماعة سياسية هو نتيجة نشاط خطابي متسع المدى، يجري تحت أشکال مختلفة، وبأهداف مختلفة عن طريق قنوات اتصال متنوعة
لذا، فإن القادة السياسيين غالبا ما يبحثون عن أشکال خطابية تکون قادرة على التأثير العميق و المقنع للجمهور المتلقي.
Abstract
Many of researchers and scholars in various fields pay more concern and interest for The term " Discourse Analysis", where it influenced by the profession of each scholar, as this term has become pivotal term to bring together different studies in a way it will be difficult in sufficiency for one study without the need for the other different profession of another study, such as social linguistics, and psychological linguistics, and philosophical linguistics, and statistical linguistics.
And analysis of modern political discourse exceeds and looks for more than the traditional theories that draw from other sciences, especially the traditional psychology in texts analysis, in order to go through theories generated by modern linguistic theories, especially by considering that the political discourse is finally a "language" which has an own private linguistic.
The political discourse is usually associated with that authority one , and has a close connection, it is one of the most important tools between those employed by the political forces in its pursuit of power, and obtain the power is in fact relates to the speeches matter primarily, and the legitimacy of accessing and possessing the power for a political group or party comes from the result of the wide speech and oratorical activity, carrying out in different forms and in various objectives through diverse communication channels, therefore, the political leaders are often looking for a rhetorical forms to be able to do deep influence and convince on the public audience.
