الملخص:
تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية أهمية استخدام التکلفة المستهدفة في تطوير معايير التکلفة، حيث يحقق تطبيق مدخل التکلفة المستهدفة الوصول إلي رقم تکلفة مستهدف ذو رؤيا شامله لجميع مراحل دورة حياة المنتج، ومرغوب فيه من کافة الأطراف بما يساعد على اعتماده ومن ثم اعتباره معياراً للتکاليف يتم الاسترشاد به في مرحلة الإنتاج.  وتوصلت الدراسة إلي  أهمية إستخدام أسلوب التکلفة المستهدفة في تطوير وضع المشروع وأدائه وتحسين المرکز التنافسي للمنشأة من خلال تحقيق رغبات واحتياجات العملاء، تخفيض التکلفة، وتحسين الربحية مع الحفاظ على مستوي مناسب من الجودة، کما يساعد إستخدام التکلفة المستهدفة والأساليب المعاونة لها على تخفيض وتطوير معايير التکلفة.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Summary:
This paper addressed the importance of the use target cost in the development of cost standards, which will bring the application target cost entrance to reach the No. cost target a vision inclusive of all stages of the product life cycle, and desirable of all the parties so as to help its adoption and then considered a benchmark for the costs of being guided by at the production stage. The study concluded the importance of using the target cost method in developing the project's status and performance and improving the competitive position of the establishment by achieving the desires and needs of the customers, reducing costs, improving profitability while maintaining an appropriate level of quality.
