أثر تفعيل دور الإدارة اللوجيستية کمدخل لتحسين کفاءة أداء العمليات الإنتاجية (دراسة تطبيقية على الشرکات العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة والکيماويات)

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الإدارة اللوجيستية في تحسين کفاءة أداء العمليات الإنتاجية للشرکات العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة والکيماويات، حيث تکون مجتمع الدراسة من الشرکات العاملة في صناعة الأسمدة النيتروجينية والفوسفاتية، وذلک على اعتبار أن هذين النوعين من الأسمدة الکيماوية يستحوذان على النسبة الأکبر من حجم إنتاج الأسمدة ککل، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من العاملين بالإدارات العليا داخل الشرکات العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة والکيماويات، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية قدرت بـ (359) مفردة،.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن کفاءة أنشطة النقل داخل الشرکة تساهم بشکل کبير في تحسين الموقف التنافسي لها، هذا بالإضافة إلى أن توافر أنظمة وبرامج تشغيل مرنة داخل الشرکات العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة والکيماويات يساهم بشکل کبير في تطوير أداء العمليات الإنتاجية  داخل هذه الشرکات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توافر وحدة مستقلة متخصصة في إدارة جميع الأنشطة والعمليات الإمدادية واللوجيستية، داخل الشرکات العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة والکيماويات؛ لما لهذه الإدارة من أهمية کبرى في دعم الميزة التنافسية، وتحقيق رضا مختلف الأطراف المتعاملة مع الشرکة؛ وبالتالي زيادة مستوى وحجم مبيعاتها، کما أوصت أيضاً بضرورة توفير الدعم اللازم لتطبيق برامج البنية التحتية للأنشطة الإمدادية واللوجيستية، داخل الشرکات المصرية العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة والکيماويات، والترکيز على عمليات التطوير المستمر.


Summary:
The study aimed at identifying the impact of logistic management on improving the efficiency of the production processes of the companies operating in the field of fertilizer and chemical industry. The study society is one of the companies operating in the industry of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers, considering that these two types of chemical fertilizers hold the largest proportion of the volume Production of fertilizers as a whole. This study was conducted on a sample of employees of the senior management within the companies working in the field of fertilizer and chemical industry, where a random sample was selected (359).
 The study concluded that the efficiency of the transport activities inside the company contribute significantly to improving its competitive position. In addition, the availability of flexible operating systems and programs within companies operating in the fertilizer and chemicals industry contributes significantly to the development of the production processes within these companies. The study recommended the need for an independent unit specialized in the management of all logistic and logistics activities within companies operating in the fertilizer and chemical industry. This department has great importance in supporting the competitive advantage and achieving the satisfaction of the various parties involved in the company. It also recommended the need to provide the necessary support for the implementation of infrastructure programs for logistics and logistics activities within the Egyptian companies working in the field of fertilizer and chemicals industry and to focus on continuous development processes.
