اثر تبني البنوک التجارية الکويتية للخدمات المصرفية الإلکترونية على ولاء العملاء

الملخص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلىتحديد مزايا استخدام الصيرفة الالکترونية من وجهة نظر عملاء البنوک التجارية الکويتية. کذلک التعرف على معوقات استخدام الصيرفة الالکترونية من وجهة نظر عملاء البنوک التجارية الکويتية  وتحديد  سبل التعامل معها. وتقديم مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات للقائمين على العمل المصرفي في دولة الکويت لدعم ونشر ثقافة التعامل مع الصيرفة الالکترونية، وقد تم ذلک من خلال مقارنة آراء العاملين والمتعاملين مع البنوک الکويتية العامة والخاصة فيما يخص موضوع البحث وقد توصل الباحث إلى يساعد الدعم التنظيمي في بناء الالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين کما يوفر الدعم التنظيمي بيئة عمل مناسبة للعملاء في البنک التجاري.هناک عدم اهتمام  من جانب البنک إلى تحقيق الرضا للعملاء عن الخدمات المقدمة. يعد الحاسوب الرکيزة الأساسية لتقنيات المعلومات والأجهزة الملحقة به، والتي تسهم في تبسيط الإجراءات. يمتلک البنک خدمات تکنولوجية متميزة و لکن لا تُستغل بالطريقة المناسبة.


Abstract:
This research aims to identify the advantages of using electronic banking from the point of view of customers of Kuwaiti commercial banks. As well as identify the obstacles to the use of electronic banking from the point of view of customers of Kuwaiti commercial banks and identify ways to deal with them. And presented a set of conclusions and recommendations for banking operators in the State of Kuwait to support and disseminate the culture of dealing with electronic banking. This was done by comparing the views of employees and customers with Kuwaiti public and private banks on the subject of the research. Organizational support also provides an appropriate working environment for customers at Commercial bank. There is a lack of interest on the part of the Bank to achieve customer satisfaction with the services provided. The computer is the cornerstone of information technology and its associated devices, which contribute to simplifying procedures. The Bank has distinct technological services but is not properly exploited.
