أثر الأزمات المالية العالمية على الاقتصاد العراقي دراسة تحليلية من الفترة ۲۰۰٤ – ۲۰۱۳

 
الملخص:
تناول البحث أثر الازمات المالية العالمية على الاقتصاد العراقي دراسة تحليلية من الفترة 2004-2013، بهدف معرفة أثر الازمات المالية العالمية على الاقتصاد العراقي وتحليل تجارة العراق و دور الصناديق السيادية في تخفيف حدة الازمات، وتفترض الدراسة إن اعتماد الاقتصاد العراقي على عائد سلعة ريعية واحدة (النفط الخام) کمصدر أساسي للإيرادات العامة, جعل التجارة العراقية الخارجية تتأثر بتغيرات أسعار النفط عالمياً کما يتأثر بالأزمة المالية التي يمر بها الاقتصاد العالمي ويصبح محکوماً بها، ولتحقيق هدف وفرضية البحث فقد قسم إلي ثلاثة أجزاء، تضمن الجزء الأول آثار الأزمة المالية على الاقتصاد العالمي، أما الجزء الثاني  فقد جاء بعنوان آثار الأزمة المالية على الاقتصاد العراقي، وکذلک الجزء الثالث الجزء الثالث:دراسة إمکانية إنشاء صندوق سيادي للعــراق لتقليل حدة الأزمة المالية، وأخيراً انتهى البحث إلي جملة من النتائج والتوصيات. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
The research the impact of the global financial crisis on the Iraqi economy analytical study of the period 2004 - 2013, in order to determine the impact of the global financial crisis on the Iraqi economy and the analysis of Iraq's trade and the role of sovereign funds to alleviate the crisis, and assume the study, said the Iraqi economy's dependence on yield commodity rents one ( crude oil) as the primary source of public revenue, making the Iraqi Foreign trade affected by changes in global oil prices is also affected by the financial crisis experienced by the global economy becomes governed by, .olthakiq goal and hypothesis has been divided into three parts, which included the first part the effects of the financial crisis on the global economy , the second part was titled the effects of the financial crisis on the Iraqi economy, as well as Part III Part III: study the possibility of establishing a sovereign fund for Iraq to reduce the severity of the financial crisis, and finally ended search to a number of findings and recommendations.
