أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على فاعلية نظام ادارة الأزمات في قطاع التعليم

الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلي التعرف علي اثر الثقافة التنظيمية علي فاعلية نظام ادارة الأزمات في قطاع التعليم وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة داخل مدارس حکومية ،ولتحقيق ذلک استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،والاعتماد علي استبانة ،وذلک لجمع المعلومات الأولية من عينة البحث،وتم استخدام اسلوب العينة الميسرة،وقد تم توزيع (200)استبانة علي مفردات العينة،وعدد الاستبانات التي استردت وصالحة للتحليل(169) استبانة.بنسبة 84%،وتم تحليل البيانات واستخراج النتائج واختبار الفروض وتم استخدم برنامج (SPSS)في التحليل الإحصائي،وقد اهتم البحث بمعرفة  اثر الثقافة التنظيمية علي توافر نظام فعال لإدارة الأزمات بهذا القطاع ،وأهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن الثقافة تؤثر تأثيراً ايجابياً ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية قوية علي مدي وجود نظام فعال لإدارة الأزمات في هذا القطاع،وأوصي البحث بتکوين فريق متخصص لادارة الأزمات.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
The study aims to identify The effect of Organization Culture on Effective Crisis management in Education Sector, The research used descriptive-analytical approach and designed a questionnaire consisting of(29)paragraphs to gather the primary information from study sample by using easy sample. A(200)questionnaire have been distributed on the studding sample, The numbers of the collected questionnaire and fit for analysis were(169) questionnaire, which represented(84%)of the studying sample, The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypothesis. The research explains the Effect of The Organization Culture On Effective Crisis for Education Sector  .The researcher set a group of questions principal and formulated four hypotheses  .The major findings of The research There is statistically significant relationship between The Organization Culture and Crisis management in The Education Sector, The researcher Recommends It is necessary establish a specialized crisis team.
