تأثير نظم معالجة المعاملات في تحسين الأداء الانتاجي ( دراسة ميدانية )

 
الملخص:
يعتبر أسلوب نظم معالجة المعاملات Transaction processing systems (TPS)أحد أهم الأساليب التى تساعد المنشأت على تحقيق أهدافها لما تحتويه هذه النظم من مزايا عديدة تتعلق بالأقتصاد فى التکلفة والسرعة فى أداء العمليات الروتينية والأمان والسهولة فى الأستخدام وتحقيق متطلبات العملاء ولتحديد أهم الآليات التى يعتمد عليها الباحث،وتم إستقراء العديد من الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة،وتمثلت أهم تساؤلات هذه الدراسة إلى أي مدى تأثيراستخدام شرکات التحصيل والدفع الالکترونى لنظم معالجة المعاملات في تحسين الأداء الإنتاجى؟، وماهى متطلبات العملاء التي يجب أن توافرها شرکات التحصيل والدفع الالکترونى فى تحسين الأداء الإنتاجى؟ وکيف تؤثر أبعاد نظم معالجة المعاملات على الاداء الانتاجى ؟
وللوصول إلى إجابات على هذه التساولات تمثل أهدافها الرئيسى دراسة مدى تأثير نظم معالجة المعاملات فى تحسين الآداء الانتاجى والذى أمکن تحقيق من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية لعل أهمها التعرف على مفهوم وأبعاد نظام معالجة المعاملات ، التعرف على متطلبات العملاء التي يجب توافرها في الشرکات المستخدمة لنظم معالجة المعاملات ، تحليل العلاقة بين نظم معالجة المعاملات والأداء الإنتاجى،محاولة وضع إطار نظري لأيجاد العلاقة بين نظم معالجة المعاملات وتحسين الأداء الإنتاجى .
 
 
Abstract:
the most important methods that help enterprises to achieve their goals for its many advantages these systems of economy in cost and speed in performing routine operations and security, ease of use and customer requirements, and to determine the most important mechanisms upon which the researcher, many were extrapolated previous studies related to the subject of the study.
The most important questions of this study to what extent affect the use of collection companies and electronic payment systems for transaction processing to improve the productive performance ?, and what customer requirements that must be met collection companies and electronic payment to improve the productive performance? Is there any impact between the dimensions of transaction processing and productive performance systems?To access the answers to these questions represent the main objectives of the study of the impact of transaction processing to improve the productive performance systems, which could be achieved through a combination of sub-goals Perhaps the most important of which recognize the concept and dimensions of the transaction processing system, the definition of the requirements of the customers that must be met by the companies used the transaction processing system The relationship between transaction processing and productive performance systems analysis, trying to develop a theoretical framework to find a relationship between transaction processing and improve the productive performance of systems,.
