هذ البحث هو دراسة نظرية وميدانية ترکز على دور القيادة التحويلية في تنمية رأس المال الفکري بقطاع الدواء المصري ، وذلک کمحاولة للسعي لمعرفة أهم العوائق والتحديات التي تواجهه رأس المال الفکري في شرکات الدواء المصري ، وکيفية تفعيل دور القيادة التحويلية لتنمية وتطوير رأس المال الفکرى.
وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ،ثبت صحة الفرض بفروعه الأربعة ، حيث أکدت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات الأولية على أن هناک علاقة طردية ذات دلالة معنوية بين فعالية القيادة التحويلية ورأس المال الفکرى في الشرکات محل الدراسة.
Abstract:
This research is the study of the theory and field focus on the role of transformational leadership in intellectual capital development of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical sector, in an effort to try to figure out the most important obstacles and challenges intellectual capital in the Egyptian pharmaceutical companies, and how to activate the role of transformational leadership for the development of intellectual capital. With regard to the results of hypothesis testing, it has proven health   hypothesis of the four branches, where the results of statistical analysis to preliminary data confirmed that there is a significant moral direct correlation between the effectiveness of transformational leadership in the companies under study and among intellectual capital.
