الآزمة الدولية - دراسة نظرية

 
الملخص:
اجتاحت تقنية إدارة الأزمات حقل العلاقات الدولية بقوة ، بعدما ظل ينحصر استخدمها في مجالات الاقتصاد والإدارة لمدة طويلة ، ولا غرابة في ذلک مادامت هذه الوسيلة التي تترکز في مجملها کافة  الاجتهادات والمواقف وردود الأفعال المستندة بدورها إلى مقومات علمية وقانونية بغرض احتواء أزمة معينة. يقوم البحث بتقديم تحليلا متکامل لتطور مفهومى "الازمة – ادارة الآزمات الدولية " وذلک من خلال طرح التطور التاريخى لماهيه الآزمة منذ القرن السادس عشر  ، أسبابها ، أنواعها ، مراحلها ‘ وارتباطها بالعديد من المصطلحات العلميه . علاوه على القاء الضوء على مفهوم  أدارة والذى ظهر منذ 1937 وتطوره وأهميه فى العصر الحديث ليصبح السلوک والمنهج التى تتبعه الدول الکبرى والقوى الحاکمة لتغير صياغة الشکل الدولى أو لفرض مجموعة من الافکار على المجتمع الدولى سواء کانت من خلال أدارة أزمة سياسية أو أزمة عسکريه.
 
 
 
 
Abstract:

Furthermore shed light on the management concept, which appeared since 1937 and its development and importance in the modern era to become the behavior and approach, which followed the major powers and the powers of the ruling to change the formulation of the international format, or to impose a set of ideas on the international community, whether through the management of a political crisis or military crisis.
