أثر البنية التحتية التکنولوجية في دعم الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر البنية التحتية التکنولوجية في دعم الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة، وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام قائمة الاستقصاء لاستطلاع آراء عينة الدراسة، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من مستوى الإدارة العليا والوسطى في شرکات التکرير بمحافظة الإسکندرية، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة والبالغ عددهم (199) مفردة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البنية التحتية التکنولوجية لدعم الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني فلسفة إدارية شاملة لتطبيق البنية التحتية التکنولوجية وبشکل مستمر، ووضع الخطط والبرامج على مستوى القطاع.
The study aims to identify the effect of Technological Infrastructure in support of the mental image of the organization, the study is based on the descriptive analytical method, and questionnaire was used to survey opinions of the study sample. The study population consisted of top and middle management level in the refining companies in Alexandria, The researcher collect data using simple random sample of 199 units. The results revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the Technological Infrastructure to support the mental image of the organization. The study made recommendations, including, the necessity to adopt a comprehensive management philosophy to apply continuously the Technological Infrastructure, and it takes place only through the development of plans and future programs at this sector.
