دبلوماسية منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية ما قبل اتفاق أوسلو ۱۹۹۳م

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطور الدبلوماسية الفلسطينية والنجاحات التي حققتها أو الإخفاقات في بناء العلاقات الدبلوماسية والتحالفات الدولية بما يخدم مصالحها وتطلعاتها ويخدم القضية الفلسطينية، وقد استندت الدراسة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في مقاربتها المنهجية، وذلک للإجابة على تساؤل الدراسة الذي تمثل في: ما هو واقع تطور دبلوماسية منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية؟
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دبلوماسية منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية ساهمت في تحقيق انجازات کبيرة، فقد نالت الثورة الفلسطينية من التعاطف والتأييد السياسي کما الدعم المادي والمالي ما لم تحققه ثورة أو حرکة تحرر أخرى، وشملت دائرة التأييد لنضال الشعب الفلسطيني المحيط العربي والإسلامي والإفريقي والمعسکر الأشتراکي، کما حققت منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية اعترافا دبلوماسيا غير مسبوق وصل أوجه مطلع الثمانينيات عندما نالت الثورة اعتراف أکثر من مائة دولة، إضافة إلى اعتراف عدد من المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية.  تحققت هذه الانجازات في فترة کان فيها الأداء السياسي والعسکري الثوري الفلسطيني في أفضل حالاته
This study aims to realize the actual development of the   Palestinian diplomacy and the achievements and failures made in building the diplomatic relations and international alliances that serve the interests and ambitions of the Palestinian issue. This paper follows the descriptive analytic method in the systematic comparison in order to answer the main inquiry: what is the reality of development of Diplomacy of Palestinian Liberation Organization?
The study concludes to that Diplomacy of Palestinian Liberation Organization contributed in great achievements. Palestinian revolution gained sympathy and political support as well as financial and material supply that no other revolution or Liberation movement gained.
 The support for the struggle of Palestinian people included Arabic, Islamic, African, and socialists’ surroundings. PLO gained unprecedented diplomatic acknowledgment, reaching the climax in the beginning of 1980s, whereas more than 100 states acknowledged the revolution, in addition to the acknowledgment of number of international and regional organizations. This phase of achievements witnessed the best political, armed, and Liberian performance ever.
