التدخل الدولي في ليبيا ودوره في تغيير النظام السياسي

يتبين أن قضايا حقوق الإنسان رغم أهميتها في العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة قد استغلت وأسئ توظيفها في الکثير من الأحيان، وتحولت إلى أداة سياسية تستخدمها الدول الکبري وفق مصالحها.
ومن خلال تحليلنا لعملية التدخل الدولي في ليبيا فإننا ندحض فکرة الأهداف الإنسانية للتدخل، فتجاوز حلف الناتو الأهداف الإنسانية إلى تحقيق الهداف الاستراتيجية والسياسية التي کانت أکثر حضوراً کدافع للسلوک الدولي للتدخل، من خلال أنهاء حکم ونظام قائم والوصول إلى منطقة جيواستراتيجية.
Abstract:
Shows that the issues of human rights, despite its importance in contemporary international relations had been exploited and abused employ a lot of times, it turned into a political tool used by the major states in accordance with their interests.
Through our analysis of the process of the international intervention in Libya, we refute the idea of humanitarian objectives of the intervention, NATO, skip the humanitarian objectives to achieve the strategic and political scorer which was more present as a driver of international conduct for intervention, by ending the rule of the existing system and access to the geo-strategic area.
