موقف الاتحاد الأوروبي من الثورة الليبية 17 فبراير ۲۰۱۱

لقد مثلت الثورة الليبية للاتحاد الأوروبي محطة مهمة تفتح المجال للمراجعة بالنسبة للبنية التنظيمية وديناميات صنع القرار، وأمام هذا التحول تعرض الاتحاد الأوروبي لعملية إنکشاف من خلال بروز أوجه الضعف والقوة وهو ما يتضح عند النظر إلى کفاءة أداء الاتحاد اتجاه الأحداث في ليبيا منذ اندلاع شرارتها في 17 فبراير ۲۰۱۱، فليبيا لا تقل أهمية بالنسبة للاتحاد الأوروبي، وفقا للاعتبارات الجيوستراتيجية والمصالح الاقتصادية في العلاقات الأوروبية بجنوب المتوسط، ولاتزال بعض دول الاتحاد الأوروبي تتمسک باختصاصاتها، ومع ذلک تشير دلائل کثيرة إلى توافر إرادة سياسية واضحة، لإخضاع هذين المجالين أي السياسة الخارجية والأمن تدريجيا وبشکل منظم
