نظم المعلومات ودورها في تحسين الأداء بالجامعات الليبية

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظم المعلومات  في تحسين الأداء بالجامعات الليبية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ثلاث جامعات ليبية حکومية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدم قائمة الاستقصاء کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وبلغ حجم مجتمع الدراسة (6146) مفردة، فيما بلغت عينة الدراسة (362) مفردة، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) لإدخال ومعالجة البيانات، وإختبار الفروض ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود تأثير معنوي لنظم المعلومات  على الأداء، العمل على إيجاد نظم معلومات إدارية کفؤة وفعالة بما يعکس ويضمن أثر إيجابي لبعد شفافية المعلومات في محاور تطوير الأعمال في الجامعات الليبية، وربط هذه النظم بأنشطة الجامعات الليبية المختلفة وبما يواکب التطور الحديث والمتسارع في هذا المجال.


Abstract:
The study aimed at identifying the role of information systems in improving the performance of Libyan universities from the point of view of the faculty members of three Libyan government universities. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The survey list was used as a main tool for data collection. The study population reached (6146) The results of the study were (362). The statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used for the introduction and processing of data, and the hypothesis test. The study found that there is a significant effect of information systems on performance and the creation of efficient and efficient administrative information systems, M Ur business development in the Libyan universities, and linking these systems of various Libyan universities and activities in line with the modern and accelerated development in this area.
