وبتحليل نجد أنها رکزت على الاتجاهات المعاصرة لإدارة وتطوير الأداء والتعرض لمتطلبات التطور ومنهجية التحسين المستمر Six Sigma  وضبط الجودة في عمليات الإنتاج الصناعي وأساليب الجودة الشاملة ومادئها وأهمية نموذج المحاکاة والأساليب الکمية وبحوث العمليات في حلول اتخاذ القرارات والصعوبات التى تواجه صناعة السيراميک فى مصر ولم تهتم بالجمع بين محددات الاداره والتسويق بمفهوم الإنتاج الأمثل وتأثير محددات نموذج الأداء علي قطاع صناعي محدد وأکدت على قلة الدراسات الميدانية علي نشاط السيراميک ولم تقد م تصور مقترح لتحسين التفعيل الأمثل لنماذج الأداء الأمثل ويختلف مجال التطبيق والهدف بين الدراسات السابقة والدراسة الحالية مما يبرز أهمية الدراسة الحالية للباحث.
ومن خلال استعراض التحديات التي تواجها المنظمات الصناعية في مصر بصفة عامة وصناعة السيراميک بصفة خاصة يمکن للباحث تحديد مشکلة دراسته فى التساؤلات التالية:
1-    ما الصعوبات الجديدة التى تواجها المنظمات الصناعية وبصفة خاصة منظمات صناعة السيراميک فى مصر؟
2-    ما الأهداف الجديدة لإدارة الإنتاج لمواجهة تلک الصعوبات وحل المشکلات التى تواجهها صناعة السيراميک فى مصر؟
3-    هل يمکن استخدام النموذج الأمريکي لتکنولوجيا الإنتاج الأمثل OPT لتحسين الأداء في المنظمات الصناعية في مصر بالتطبيق علي صناعه السيراميک؟
By analyzing we find that they focused on contemporary trends for management and performance development, exposure to development requirements, Six Sigma continuous improvement methodology, quality control in industrial production processes, total quality methods and their principles, the importance of simulation model, quantitative methods and operations research in decision-making solutions and difficulties facing the ceramic industry in Egypt. It is concerned with combining the determinants of management and marketing with the concept of optimal production and the effect of the determinants of the performance model on a specific industrial sector and emphasized the lack of field studies on the activity of ceramics.
It highlights the importance of the current study for the researcher
By reviewing the challenges faced by industrial organizations in Egypt in general and the ceramic industry in particular, the researcher can identify the problem of his study in the following questions:
1-           What are the new difficulties faced by industrial organizations, especially ceramic industry organizations in Egypt?
2-           What are the new goals of production management to face these difficulties and solve the problems faced by the ceramic industry in Egypt?
3-           Can the American model of Optimum Production Technology (OPT) be used to improve performance in industrial organizations in Egypt by applying to the ceramic industry?
