أثر وجود خطة استراتيجية علي تحسين الاداء الاداري – دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على الجامعات المصرية.

هدف الدراسة هو التعرف على " أثر وجود خطة استراتيجية  علي تحسين الاداء الاداري " – دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على الجامعات المصرية.
استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والحصول على البيانات الثانوية من خلال قائمة استقصاء تم توزيعها (384)على مجتمع البحث باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية من اعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة الادارية.
توصلت الدراسة: أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي يساوي (4,102)، وهذا يعني أن هناک موافقة بدرجة عالية من قبل أفراد العينة على  فقرات مجال "وجود خطة استراتيجية" دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α).
أهم توصيات الدراسة :. إجراء مراجعة دورية سنوية للخطة الاستراتيجية والتأکد من مدى تحقق أهداف الخطة للعام الواحد باستخدام نماذج متابعة تحدد الانحرافات ومستواها وسبل معالجتها.
The aim of the study is to identify "the impact of having a strategic plan on improving administrative performance" - a field study applied to Egyptian universities.
Using the descriptive analytical approach and obtaining secondary data through a survey list that was distributed (384) to the research community using a stratified random sample of faculty and administrative staff.
The study concluded: The results showed that the arithmetic mean equals (4,102), and this means that there is a high degree of approval by the sample members on the items in the field of “the existence of a strategic plan” that is statistically significant at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05)..
The most important recommendations of the study:. Conducting an annual periodic review of the strategic plan and ascertaining the extent to which the objectives of the plan have been achieved for the one year, using follow-up forms that identify deviations, their level, and ways to address them.
