هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مدى توافر أبعاد التحليل السلوكي وأبعاد الريادة الانتاجية من وجهة نظر المديرين والعاملين في شركات صناعة الدواء في مصر, وقد تم الأعتماد على قائمة الأستقصاء للحصول على البيانات الأولية من عينة مكونة (260) مفردة من العاملين و(45) مفردة من المديرين في شركات صناعة الدواء في مصر، وتم إستخدام اختبار "ت" عينات مستقلة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01) بين آراء فئتي الدراسة (المديرين- العاملين) حول أبعاد التحليل السلوكي وأبعاد الريادة الانتاجية.
Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to identify the availability of the dimensions of behavioral analysis and the dimensions of productivity leadership from the point of view of managers and workers in pharmaceutical companies in Egypt. The survey was relied on to obtain the primary data from a sample consisting of (260) individual workers and (45) individual workers. Managers in pharmaceutical companies in Egypt, and the t-test was used independent samples, and the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the opinions of the two study groups (managers - workers) about the dimensions of behavioral analysis and the dimensions of productivity leadership.
