الدور الاستراتيجي للجامعات في تأهيل الشباب للقيادة

ان بقاء واستمرار ونمو اي منظمة يعتمد علي طبيعة الاستراتيجيات التي تتبعها بعدها الاطار المستقبلي الذي تضعه الادارة العليا في ضوء التغيرات التي تحدث في المجتمع عن طريق رسم الخط والسياسات والاجراءات لتنفيذ تلك الاستراتيجيات للوصول الي تحقيق الاهداف التي تم تحديدها ، ويعد الشباب أساساً مهماً في بناء الوطن وضرورة اجتماعية في التنمية البشرية، ويوما بعد يوم تتبين لنا صعوبة الحياة بمعزل عن مشاركة الشباب، ولا نبالغ أن قلنا انه بدون الشباب فأننا لا نستطيع أن نقدم صورة ناضجة لتجربة الأمة في مجال التنظيم والقدرة على التفاعل والاستجابة لتطور الأوضاع الجديدة، لأن أي تنمية دون استهداف الشباب كأولوية مطلقة، مصيرها تبديد الموارد والفشل في تحقيق أهدافها، لاسيما وان الشباب هم أحد الأدوات الحضارية للمجتمعات المعاصرة للوصول إلى رؤية إنسانية مشتركة قادرة على توحيد كلمة الوطن وإبراز عظمة حضارته ، إن الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه الدولة في تطوير المجتمعات هو خلق الشاب المدرب فنياً والمؤهل فكرياً وعلمياً لخدمة بلده ومجتمعه وتقع هذه المسؤولية على عاتق الجامعات التي تعد الأساس في عملية النهوض والبناء وتأهيل الشباب على الطرق والأساليب الحديثة في الإدارة وتشغيل وتطوير المؤسسات الصناعية، أي تحويل الشباب إلى حياة جديدة.
The survival, continuity and growth of any organization depends on the nature of the strategies followed by the future framework set by the senior management in the light of the changes that occur in society by drawing the line, policies and procedures to implement those strategies to reach the achievement of the goals that have been identified, and youth is an important basis in building the nation. It is a social necessity in human development, and day after day it becomes clear to us the difficulty of life without the participation of young people, Because any development without targeting youth as an absolute priority, is destined to waste resources and fail to achieve its goals, especially since youth are one of the civilized tools of contemporary societies to reach a common human vision capable of unifying the word of the nation and highlighting the greatness of its civilization. The effective role that the state plays in developing societies is Creating the technically trained and qualified intellectually and scientifically young man to serve his country and society. This responsibility lies with the universities, which are the basis for the process of advancement, construction and rehabilitation of young people on modern methods and methods in management, operation and development of industrial enterprises, i.e. transforming young people into a new life.
