تاثير الرشاقة الاستراتيجية على اداء ادارات الامن فى منظمات القطاع الخاص الدور الوسيط : لعملية ادارة المخاطر

استهدفت هذة الدراسة معرفة تاثير الرشاقة الاستراتيجية على اداء ادارات الامن فى منظمات القطاع الخاص فى ظل وجود الدور الوسيط لعملية ادارة المخاطرحيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عدد (400) فرداً وقام عدد (297) منهم بالرد على الاستبيان لتبلغ نسبة الاستجابة 74.3%.
تم استخدام معاملى الاتساق الداخلى والفا كرونباخ لقياس ثبات الاستبيان (Cronbach’s Alpha)
وقد تم قياس المتغير المستقل (الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ) من خلال ابعادة (التخطيط – التنظيم – الافراد – التكنولوجيا الابداع – القدرة على استغلال الفرص ) اما المتغير التابع فقد تبنى الابعاد التالية (الحماية – التامين – الاستقرار ) حيث تم اختبار النموذج الذى يربط بين ابعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية مع اداء ادارات الامن فى منظمات القطاع الخاص باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائة Spss.
واوضحت الدراسة وجود دلالة احصائية للابعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية على اداء ادارات الامن فى منظمات القطاع الخاص
This study aimed to know the impact of strategic agility on the performance of security departments in private sector organizations considering the mediating role of the risk management process. The questionnaire was distributed to (400) individuals, and (297) of them responded, with a response rate of 74.3%.
The internal consistency coefficient and Cronbach's alpha were used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha).
The independent variable (strategic agility) was measured by dimensions (planning - organization - people - technology creativity - the ability to exploit opportunities), while the dependent variable adopted the following dimensions (protection - insurance - stability) where the model that links the dimensions of agility was tested Strategy with the performance of security departments in private sector organizations using the SPSS statistical program.
The study showed that there is a statistical significance of the dimensions of strategic agility on the performance of security departments in private sector organizations.
