تأثير طرح السندات الخضراء على مشاركة المستثمرين المصريين في سوق الأوراق المالية الخضراء: الدور المعدل للمعرفة المالية المتقدمة

الهدف من البحث: استهدف البحث استكشاف واختبار الدور المعدل (التفاعلي) للمعرفة المالية المتقدمة في العلاقة بين طرح السندات الخضراء ومشاركة المستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية الخضراء.
منهجية البحث: اعتمد هذا البحث على المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، وأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة في اختيار مفردات عينة البحث. وبلغ حجم العينة 384 مفردة من المستثمرين المصريين من عملاء الخمس شركات وساطة مالية الأول المقيدة في البورصة المصرية والمصنفة وفقاً لقيم تداول المصريين خلال عام 2021م. وتم وضع بعض الضوابط الخاصة بمستوى التعليم ومستوى الدخل وخبرة المشاركة في سوق المال لاختيار مفردات عينة البحث بما يتوافق مع أهداف البحث وطبيعة متغيراته. كما تم توزيع قوائم الاستقصاء إلكترونياً على مفردات العينة، وبلغ عدد القوائم المستوفاة الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي 342 قائمة بنسبة 89% من إجمالي القوائم الموزعة. واستخدمت الباحثة برنامج (SPSS V.26) للتحليل الاحصائي للبيانات.
نتائج البحث: توصل البحث إلى أن طرح السندات الخضراء السيادية الحكومية والقطاع الخاص ذات تأثير معنوي ايجابي على اقبال المستثمرين المصريين على المشاركة في سوق الأوراق المالية الخضراء، بما يزيد من تلك المشاركة. كما أن زيادة مستوى المعرفة المالية المتقدمة لدى المستثمرين المصريين تجعلهم أكثر قدرة على اتخاذ قرارات مالية صائبة بشأن المشاركة في سوق الأوراق المالية الخضراء كأحد أفضل البدائل الاستثمارية خاصة المشاركة في سوق السندات الخضراء، لما للمعرفة المالية المتقدمة من تأثير ايجابي قوي على قراراتهم الاستثمارية.
      كما أن المعرفة المالية المتقدمة يمكنها أن تزيد من التأثير الايجابي لطرح السندات الخضراء على مشاركة المستثمرين المصريين في سوق الأوراق المالية الخضراء خاصة سوق السندات الخضراء، لما للمعرفة المالية المتقدمة من دوراً معدلاً ايجابياً في زيادة تعزيز هذه العلاقة. والعكس صحيح فكلما انخفض مستوى المعرفة المالية المتقدمة لديهم كلما تأثرت تلك العلاقة بالانخفاض لكنها تظل ايجابية دون أن تتغير طبيعتها.
التوصيات: بناءً على ذلك يلزم على مؤسسات الدولة المعنية بتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية وقضايا التمويل الأخضر ودمج قضايا المناخ في صنع القرارات المالية، وكذلك المؤسسات المالية ووسائل الاعلام المختلفة التنسيق والتعاون فيما بينها لبناء جيل جديد من المستثمرين المصريين المستنيرين بيئياً ومالياً لتعزيز العلاقة بين طرح السندات الخضراء واقبال المستثمرين على المشاركة في سوق الأوراق المالية الخضراء، وبشكلٍ خاص سوق السندات الخضراء، وذلك من خلال الارتقاء بمستوى المعرفة المالية المتقدمة الخضراء لديهم وتحديداً ما يتعلق بمفهوم وأهمية وأهداف وأنواع ومخاطر السندات الخضراء وقواعد تنظيم اصدارها وأحكام المشاركة فيها وطبيعة المشروعات الخضراء الممولة من خلالها.               
purpose: This research aims to explore and examine the Modified (interactive) role of advanced financial knowledge in the relationship between offering green bonds and participation in the green stock market. Methodology: This research is focused on the inductive and deductive methods, and simple random sample method to select the sample, and survey data collected from Egyptian investors from customers of the first five financial intermediary companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange and classified according to the Egyptians’ trading values ​​during the year 2021. The sample size was 384 questionnaires, and the final research sample consisted of 342 questionnaires, 89% of the total sample. The data were analyzed using (SPSS V.26).Results: The findings show that offering sovereign and private green Bonds have a positive significant impact on participation of Egyptian investors in the green stock market, which increases that participation. In addition, Increasing the level of advanced financial knowledge among Egyptian investors makes them more able to make sound financial decisions regarding participation in the green stock market as one of the best investment alternatives and thus participation in the green bond market, because of the advanced financial knowledge has a strong positive impact on their investment decisions.      Finally; advanced financial knowledge can increase the positive impact of offering green bonds on the participation of Egyptian investors in the green stock market, especially the green bond market, because of the advanced financial knowledge's positive Modified role in further strengthening this relationship, and vice versa. If advanced financial knowledge decreases, this relationship will be affected by the decline, but this relationship remains positive without changing its nature.Recommendation: Accordingly, the state institutions concerned with achieving environmental sustainability and green finance issues and integrating climate issues into financial decision-making, as well as financial institutions and the various media, are required to coordinate and cooperate with each other to build a new generation of environmentally and financially enlightened Egyptian investors to strengthen the relationship between offering green bonds and the investor appetite for participation in the green stock market, especially the green bond market, by raising the level of their advanced green financial knowledge, specifically with regard to the concept, importance, objectives, types and risks of green bonds, the rules for regulating their issuance, the provisions for participation in them, and the nature of green projects funded through them.
