المستخلص

The research proposes a new model for evaluating the impact of social media influence on climate change awareness and attitudes toward sustainable consumption, as well as the impact of climate change awareness on attitudes toward sustainable consumption, and how climate change awareness mediates the relationship between social media influence and attitudes toward sustainable consumption. 384 usable responses were gathered from higher education students in Egypt, using a convenience sampling approach. Cronbach’s alpha, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and the process are used to analyze the data. Findings concluded that social media influence has a significant impact on climate change awareness and attitudes toward sustainable consumption. Further, climate change awareness has a significant impact on attitudes toward sustainable consumption, and it mediates the relationship between social media influence and attitudes toward sustainable consumption.
