هدف البحث إلى استخدام تقنيات الطابعة ثلاثية الأبعاد (استخدام التكنولوجيا، الابتكار فى التصميم، الأمان) والاداء التشغيلى (المدة الزمنية للمنتج، تكلفة المنتج، جودة المنتج) كمدخل لتحقيق ولاء العملاء، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبق على عدد 7 عيادات ومراكز للاسنان تم توزيع قائمة الاستقصاء على الأطباء والعملاء (252) مفردة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن تقنيات الطابعة ثلاثية الأبعاد تتصف بالاهتمام القوي نسبيًّا لابعادها، وقد كان أكثر الابعاد أهمية (استخدام التكنولوجيا) ثم (الأمان) ثم (الابتكار فى التصميم)، أما بالنسبة للأداء التشغيلى فقد كان أكثر الابعاد أهمية على الترتيب: (جودة المنتج)، (المدة الزمنية للمنتج)، (تكلفة المنتج)، أما ولاء العملاء فقد تبين أنة متوسط نسبيا حسب آراء العينة، وتوصى الباحثة بالتركيز على ضرورة عدم تردد أطباء الأسنان في الاستثمار فيما يخص استخدام تقنيات الطابعة ثلاثية الأبعاد في مراكز عيادات طب الأسنان، ويتم تدريب وتهيئة وإعداد أطباء الأسنان على استخدامها في عمليه الكشف وتشخيص حالة الاسنان، مع ضرورة اقامه ندوات ومؤتمرات تعمل على زيادة وعي الأطباء على الطرق الحديثة من خلال حضور المعارض الدولية والمحلية.
The research aimed to use 3D printer technologies (use of technology, innovation in design, safety) and operational performance (product duration, product cost, product quality) as an input to achieve customer loyalty. It relied on the descriptive analytical approach and was applied to 7 dental clinics and centers that were conducted. The survey list was distributed to doctors and clients (252 items), and the results revealed that 3D printer technologies are characterized by relatively strong interest in their dimensions, and the most important dimensions were (use of technology), then (safety), then (innovation in design).
As for operational performance, the most important dimensions were, in order: (quality of the product), (duration of the product), (cost of the product). As for customer loyalty, it turned out to be relatively average according to the opinions of the sample. The researcher recommends focusing on the necessity of dentists not hesitating in Investing in the use of 3D printer technologies in dental clinic centers, and dentists are being trained, prepared and prepared to use them in the process of examining and diagnosing the condition of the teeth, with the need to hold seminars and conferences that work to increase doctors’ awareness of modern methods by attending international and local exhibitions.
