      تتلخص هذه الرسالة فى معرفة أثرتطبيق استراتيجية تدريب العاملين على  تطوير وتحسين أداء صناعة الغزل والنسيج فى الشركات محل الدراسة ولقد تم استخدام استراتيجية تدريب العاملين وتم قياس أثر هذه الاستراتيجيةعلى تحسين الأداء ( الوظيفي والعملياتي ) ، وهدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقديم إطار مفاهيمي وعلمي لإستراتيجية تدريب العاملين على  أداء صناعة الغزل والنسيج بالاضافة إلى التوصل إلى مدى تأثير هذه الاستراتيجية على تطوير وتحسين الأداء فى صناعة الغزل والنسيج وتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها الأهتمام بتدريب العاملين لتحسين مستوى أدائهم وتشجيع العاملين على القدرة على الابتكار لتقديم كل ما هو جديد لخلق نوع من التميز.
      This thesis summarizes the impact of applying the employee training strategy on developing and improving the performance of the textile industry in the companies under study. The employee training strategy was used and the impact of this strategy on improving (functional and operational) performance was measured. This study aimed to provide a conceptual and scientific framework for the employee training strategy on The performance of the textile industry, in addition to determining the extent of the impact of this strategy on developing and improving performance in the textile industry and presenting a set of recommendations, the most important of which is paying attention to training workers to improve their level of performance and encouraging workers to have the ability to innovate to provide everything that is new to create a kind of excellence.
