تتناول الدراسة تحليل للجهاز الإداري المصري في مجال المساعدات الخارجية ، تحديدا دور الأجهزة التخطيطية في ادارة وتوجية المساعدات الخارجية في مصر ، من خلال المقارنة بين اجهزة التخطيط بين ثلاثة انظمة التخطيط المساعدات الخارجية لثلاثة دول مختلفة تشترک في انها اطراف للازمة المشار اليها هي جمهورية المانيا الاتحادية والولايات المتحدة الأمريکية و جمهورية مصر العربية
Abstract:
Many governments seek to improve government performance, they implement various entrances and directions for developing their governmental bodies. In this context, they have put many governmental policies aiming at preparing the public sector to be more effective in the light of the knowledge society; this includes updating the governmental sector through implementing of knowledge management and Electronic Government; and this was a research point that attracted attention. The research aims to indicate the role of knowledge management in increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of Electronic Government in the Central Agency for Organization and Management in Egypt. as well as identifying the nature of the relationship between the infrastructure of knowledge management and increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of Electronic Government. Moreover, and research aims also to attempt to develop a model for the role of knowledge management in increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of Electronic Government.
