تفعيل دور بطاقه الاداء المتوازن بهدف دعم المرکز التنافسي للمنشاه : دراسه تطبيقيه :

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة إلى بيان دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تدعيم المرکز التنافسي للمنشأة وقد تم تصميم قائمة استقصاء تم توجهها لبعض المنشآت الصناعية بهدف اختبار فرض الدراسة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن بطاقة الأداء المتوازن تساهم في زيادة تدعيم المرکز التنافسي للمنشأة من خلال الربط بين أبعاد البطاقة ومؤشراتها من خلال قاعدة متکاملة من المعلومات . وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة مساندة ودعم الإدارة العليا لبرنامج تصميم وتطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من أهم ضروريات نجاح تلک البرامج ، واشتراک کل العاملين في المستويات الادارية المختلفة في تصميم هذه الأداة ، وضرورة الترکيز على تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وقياسها في ظل تکنولوجيا الحديثة الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة کفاءة الأداء ومواکبة التحديات الحديثة والتغلب على المنافسة الشديدة ويتحقق ذلک من خلال تدريب وتطوير العاملين على هذا النظام بما يکفل تحقيق أفضل الأداء
Abstract:
The present study aimed to study the role of balanced performance card in strengthening the competitive position of the establishment. A survey list was designed for some industrial establishments to test the imposition of the study. The study concluded that the Balanced Scorecard contributes to the further strengthening of the competitive position of the establishment by linking the dimensions of the card and its indicators through an integrated database of information. The study recommended the need to support and support the senior management of the design and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, one of the most important necessities of the success of these programs, and the participation of all employees in the various administrative levels in the design of this tool, and the need to focus on the application of the Balanced Scorecard and measurement under modern technology, Efficiency of performance and keep up with modern challenges and overcome the fierce competition and this is achieved through the training and development of staff on this system to ensure the best performance.
