دور الاستشراف بالمستقبل فى ترشيد عمليات صنع واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية ( دراسةة ميدانية على البنوک التجارية فى العراق )

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاستشراف بالمستقبل في ترشيد عمليات صنع واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في البنوک التجارية العراقية.
استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذا الغرض، واعتمد قائمة الاستقصاء کأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة الشخصية لبعض الإدارات العليا ورؤساء الأقسام في البنوک التجارية، وبلغ حجم المجتمع (۱۹۹۷)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (۳۱۲)، بنسبة استرداد (85%)، کما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) کحزمة إحصائية لإدخال ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة أن هناک علاقة ارتباط بين الاستشراف بالمستقبل والقرارات الاستثمارية بنسبة متوسطة على الرغم من معنوية التأثير، فضلا عن تقارب قيم الوسط الحسابي العام للاستشراف بالمستقبل لعينة الدراسة

Abstract:
   This study aimed to know the role of prospecting in the future in rationalizing the processes of making and making investment decisions in Iraqi commercial banks.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method for this purpose. The survey list was adopted as a main data collection tool, in addition to the personal interview of some senior departments and heads of departments in the commercial banks. The size of the society reached (1667) The sample of the study (312), recovery rate (85%), The statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used as a statistical package for the introduction, processing and analysis of data. The study concluded that there is a correlation between the outlook for the future and the investment decisions at a moderate level despite the significance of the effect.
The main recommendations of the study:
- Giving more attention to the nature of the relationship between the prospect of the future and its role in rationalizing the processes of making and making investment decisions in Iraqi commercial banks.
- Seeking to strengthen and upgrade the skills and experience of management in the commercial banks under study.
