أثر حوکمة اتخاذ القرارات في تحسين السلوک الاخلاقي في المنظمات الصناعية بمدينة العاشر من رمضان (دراسة ميدانية)

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف علي الدوافع والأسباب التى دعت إلى تطبيق مدخل حوکمة الشرکات فى منظمات صناعة الأجهزة الکهربائية والإلکترونية فى مدينة العاشر من رمضان ، کما يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل أبعاد الموقف الحالى بالنسبة لتطبيق مدخل الحوکمة وتحديد مستوى السلوک الأخلاقى فى المنظمات الصناعية المصرية وخاصة المنظمات موضع الدراسة بمدينة العاشر من رمضان ، وإختبار العلاقة ميدانياً بين حوکمة اتخاذ القرارات والسلوک الأخلاقى فى المنظمات الصناعية بمدينة العاشر من رمضان .
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم الأسباب الرئيسية التى تدفع المنظمات الصناعية فى مدينة العاشر من رمضان إلى الإتجاه نحو تطبيق مدخل حوکمة الشرکات تتمثل فى إنخفاض مستوى الإيرادات المحققة والرغبة فى التحسين والتطوير وتدعيم المزايا التنافسية للشرکة ، ومن خلال تقييم الوضع الحالى للشرکات موضع الدراسة توصلت الباحثة إلى أن أبرز الشرکات التى تطبق مدخل الحوکمة هى شرکة السويدى للصناعات الکهربائية وشرکة أوتوکول لأنظمة التبريد والتکييف ، وقد تبين أن أکثر أبعاد وجوانب الحوکمة تطبيقاً فى هاتين الشرکتين هى : إعداد الخطط والسياسات فى إطار إستراتيجى طويل الأجل ، وضع آليات لتحقق الانضباط والشفافية ، تحديد أسس وقواعد مرشدة لاتخاذ القرارات ، وجود نظام واضح ومحدد للرقابة والتقييم ، وبناء هيکل محدد للعلاقات بين المنظمة والعاملين فيها والمتعاملين معها ، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين حوکمة عملية اتخاذ القرارات والسلوک الأخلاقى فى المنظمات موضع الدراسة .
Abstract :
This research aims to identify the motives and reasons for applying corporate governance approach in organizations of manufacturing electrical and electronic devices in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City , it olso  aims to study and analyze the dimensions of current situation of applying governance approach and determine the level of ethical behavior in Egyptian industrial organizations, especially the organizations under study in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City , and This research tests – in field -  the relationship between the governance of decision-making process and ethical behavior in industrial organizations in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City.
The results of study reveal that the most important reasons which direct industrial organizations in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City towards applying corporate governance include; the low level of realized revenues and the desire to improve, develop and enhance firm competitive advantages , and Through evaluating the current situation of companies under study, the researcher found that the most distinct companies which apply corporate governance approach are: El-Sewedy For Electric Industries and AutoCool For Air Conditioning Systems. Also, she found that the most applied dimensions of corporate governance in these two companies are: developing plans and policies in a long-run strategic framework, determining bases and rules for guiding decision-
