تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة وتحليل العلاقة بين التوجه الاستراتيجي القيادات الجامعية، وإقامة إستراتيجية الشراکة بين الجامعات الحکومية والخاصة وأثر إستراتيجية الشراکة على تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم مراجعة نتائج الدراسات السابقة في ذات المجالات، ولا تم صياغة ثالثة فروض علمية أساسية للبحث عن هذه العلاقة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين التوجه الاستراتيجي للقيادات الجامعية وإقامة استراتيجية الشراکة، کما أشارات النتائج أيضا إلى وجود تباين و اختلاف في الأهمية النسبية الأبعاد إستراتيجية الشراکة والمؤثرة على جودة الخدمات التعليمية کما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي من استراتيجية الشراکة وتحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية .
The Study Aims At Studying and Analyzing the relationship between the strategic direction of the University leadership, and establish strategic partnership among public and private universities, and the impact of the partnership strategy to improve the quality of educational services for universities, in order to achieve the objectives of the study were reviewing the results of previous studies in relevant areas, has been formulating three hypotheses of basic scientific research on this relationship. The study found a statistically significant correlation between the University leadership's strategic direction and establish strategic partnership, and also signals to the variation and differences in the relative importance of the strategic partnership and the dimensions affecting the quality of educational services
