دور المشارکة في تقييم الأداء بهدف تحسين الإنتاجية "دراسة ميدانية على المستشفيات الفلسطينية"

الملخص:
هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن مستوى المشارکة في تقييم الأداء بهدف تحسين إنتاجية العاملين في المستشفيات الفلسطينية، والتعرف على مستوى تقييم الأداء من وجهة نظر العاملين، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بتطوير استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية مکونة (345) من العاملين في المستشفيات، وأشارت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05≥α) بين مستوى المشارکة في تقييم الأداء، ومستوى تحسين الإنتاجية في المستشفيات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر العاملين.
 
 
Abstract:
The research aims to detect the level of participation in the performance evaluation in order to improve workers in the Palestinian hospitals productivity, and to identify the level of performance from the standpoint of personnel evaluation were followed descriptive analytical method, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher developed a questionnaire distributed to a random sample (345) of hospital staff, and the results indicated no statistically significant relationship at the abstract level (0.05≥α) between the level of participation in the performance evaluation, the level of productivity improvement in Palestinian hospitals from the perspective of workers.
