أثر تطبيق الحوکمة على مؤشرات أداء البنوک التجارية الليبية

الملخص:
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر مبادئ وآليات الحوکمة على مؤشرات أداء البنوک التجارية الليبية، وکانت أهم النتائج و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≥(P-Value لمبادئ وآليات الحوکمة على مؤشرات أداء البنوک، کما جاءت أهم التوصيات إستحداث دليل للحوکمة يکون متاح للجميع، مع ضرورة العمل على تطوير قدرات البنوک للتأکيد على أهمية وجود إطار بالترکيز على أهمية الشفافية والافصاح.

This research aims to identify the impact of the principles and mechanisms of governance on commercial Libyan banks performance indicators, and the most important results that there is statistically significant impact at (P-Value≤0.05) for principles and mechanisms of governance on the banks performance indicators, as the most important recommendations of the Development Guide for Corporate Governance with an a focus on transparency and disclosure
