هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف أثر التدريب والتطوير في تحسين فاعلية المؤسسات التربوية الحکومية في العراق، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناک اهتمام في التدريب والتطوير في مؤسسات التربية وأن أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين قد التحقوا ببرامج التدريب والتطوير وقد جاء الترکيز على عقد البرامج المتعلقة بتحسين فاعلية المؤسسات التربوية من خلال أداء العاملين المبدعين الذي يؤدي بالنتيجة إلى زيادة اندفاعهم نحو العمل. واوصت الدراسة على العمل في تطوير برامج التدريب لدى العاملين في المؤسسات التربوية الحکومية
Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the impact of training and development to improve the effectiveness of government and educational institutions in Iraq, and reached the study indicated that there is interest in training and development in educational institutions and faculty members and employees were enrolled in training and development programs have been focusing on for the improvement of the effectiveness of the educational institutions of the software contract came during the creators working performance which leads to the result to increased push toward work. And it recommended the school to work in the development of training programs for workers in educational institutions and government.
